I heard about you through Ms. Weave a close friend of mine. I have a prison ministry also, I write to close to 30 inmates, I am also looking for some one that can help me because my ministry is grown fast. When I heard about ya'll I cried, because so many of my boys go through this when they are ready to be released, no one wants to help, no job no home, no release. I am looking forward to meeting these God Fearing people. The bible states we are to take care of our prisoners. Heb 13:3 we are to remember those who are suffering. Not all prisoner are in prison guilty plus many have turned their lives around and surrendered to Christ. We are here as God's tools to help them.

It was great to meet you today. I like what you are doing and hope to be part of it. You have recognized the "VOID" the system creates for those who are incarcerated and stamped with a negative classification and title that make it difficult, if not impossible, to find work and integrate back into society. And you have stepped up to fill that void for many. Keep up the good work! May God bless you and your efforts!

Mike, Shane & Paula, Your Organization is truly a God send those coming out of incarceration. I faced this situation 7 years ago, just when you were starting up. Its a tough battle trying to start over without anybody that cares or that can provide help. Unfortunately, the population only sees "felon" , a stigma that is hard to live with. They don't look at the person and see that He or She isn't much different than they are. He just needs a helping hand, not a hand out. Keep up the GREAT work you are doing. GOD is behind you & with you in your endeavor, and with a backing like that...you will succeed. Frank Kinard

God bless you for your work. So many people simply turn their backs on prisoners both in and out of prison and have nothing good to say about them. My friends and I wholeheartedly support you and I know you will be a success.

Hello Mike, I am a mother of an ex-offender. He got his first felony at the age of 17 yrs. old. He has not been able to live a normal life since. Turned down by 90% of applications applied for. He really needs to find a program like this when he comes home. I have gathered this information to send him and prepare him for the day he gets out of prison. Thanks for the efforts in this program, is there any way I can help, let me know. Thanks and God bless you. Austin, TX

My name is Kristi. My brother is a Felon and trying to find a job and just people he can relate to and give him a second chance. He has relapsed but has not gone back to prison because of it. We live in Oklahoma and the Court system has yet to help him and he has been using drugs and been in and out of jail since he was 18. He is 30 now and faces a long prison term if he does not get it together. I was talking to him today and he asked me to take him to a church he went to years ago. I was surprised but said of course. I was on my way home from school today and was listening to K-Love and heard about the Burger Joint and Bar-B-Que sauces and that you give jobs to cons. My question is do you have a place or know where he could get a job. He has had off and on jobs but not any since he has been released from prison. I love my brother and am trying to seek god for him and me to help our family through this. I have lost myself in the process. Thank you for your time, Kristi

I'm sitting down to eat at The Big House Burger Joint for the first time as I write this... Here with 13 friends-- we LOVE this ministry and love the food! I'd type more... But frankly, I'm hungry! If you haven't tried The Big House yet, do it soon!

Praise God for the work He is leading you to do! For He is faithful and just to forgive us....ALL. Imagine the "Butterfly Effect" your ministry will have in the lives and years to come! I know I will be a part of that 'effect". God Bless You! Peace and Pass It On.....................
